Light brown appears on the quarter-panel and heel, layered on a dark, dark brown throughout the rest of the upper. A quilted black tongue and traditional inner-lining add a more durable base for the model, and red accents on the stitching and tongue-tag complete the unique aesthetic. No word yet on a release date for the shoe, but it shouldn’t be long. As always, stay tuned to NB for updates as they develop, and check out a full shot below.Image via US11.Previous story Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG CARMINE Release Date, PhotosNext story Air Jordan 5 OREGON Johnny Football PE | Worlds CollideRelated PostsCork Construction Comes to the Nike SB Stefan JanoskiApril 20, 2015Another Classic Nike Reimagined in CorkApril 10, 2015Nike SB Dunk High CORK | First LookSeptember 16, 2014Nike LeBron 11 Low BISCAYNE Release Info, Official PhotosSeptember 2, 2014FacebookSearch NikeBlog.comRecent PostsNew Nike Football Cleat Types Bring Speed to Every PositionNike LeBron 12 “Akron” PE is StunningNike Free Flyknit Hot Lava | Latest Flyknit Model Finally DropsThe Statuesque Air Jordan 9 “Militia Green”Nike Air Max NM Red/Black | Hideo’s Heat Returns!Recent PostsNew Nike Football Cleat Types Bring Speed to Every PositionNike LeBron 12 “Akron” PE is StunningNike Free Flyknit Hot Lava | Latest Flyknit Model Finally DropsThe Statuesque Air Jordan 9 “Militia Green”Nike Air Max NM Red/Black | Hideo’s Heat Returns!MIssionTo provide the most up to date news, images, and opinions on today's top sneaker company.FIND ARTICLESHomeAboutAdvertise on NBContactPrivacyTwitterFacebookRSSNikeBlog.com is not affiliated with the Nike, Inc. brand in any way, shape, or form. The Nike LeBron X Silver Surfer custom sports a look ostensibly inspired by Norrin Radd himself, with the silver upper set off by blue patches that give the shoe a shimmering appearance, while powder blue and white accenting add some solid complementary tones. Nike has their work cut out for them if they want to trump this LeBron X design (though I imagine they’re up to the challenge).Being a custom, this shoe is of course 1-of-1, but check out Mache’s work on his website, or look into commissioning your own pair.Previous story Nike Air Force 180 Mid ‘Emerald’Next story Nike Air Force 1 Foamposite Pro ‘Pewter’ Release Date ApproachesRelated PostsThe Kobe 10 Elite “Ignite” Goes LowtopApril 20, 2015Black/Cement III Meets Timberland, For Some ReasonApril 14, 2015Nike Air Tech Challenge II Black/CementMarch 31, 2015Air Jordan 11 Laser Custom | Classic Meets GraphicsFebruary 26, 2015Kenny Dederick:2012/12/17 at 1:13 amhow much are they.FacebookSearch NikeBlog.comRecent PostsNew Nike Football Cleat Types Bring Speed to Every PositionNike LeBron 12 “Akron” PE is StunningNike Free Flyknit Hot Lava | Latest Flyknit Model Finally DropsThe Statuesque Air Jordan 9 “Militia Green”Nike Air Max NM Red/Black | Hideo’s Heat Returns!Recent PostsNew Nike Football Cleat Types Bring Speed to Every PositionNike LeBron 12 “Akron” PE is StunningNike Free Flyknit Hot Lava | Latest Flyknit Model Finally DropsThe Statuesque Air Jordan 9 “Militia Green”Nike Air Max NM Red/Black | Hideo’s Heat Returns!MIssionTo provide the most up to date news, images, and opinions on today's top sneaker company.FIND ARTICLESHomeAboutAdvertise on NBContactPrivacyTwitterFacebookRSSNikeBlog.com is not affiliated with the Nike, Inc. brand in any way, shape, or form. Genuine cork is used for the upper’s exterior, with matching brown leather on the tongue and a starkly contrasting white midsole. And today we have another look at the shoe, albeit a limited one, proving that — even without a professional Nike photoshoot — it looks incredible.
