When reporting a service call please have the extension number, or line number having the trouble. Be sure to give as much information as possible so that we can assist you as quickly as we can. If you have no inbound service please include a call back number which we can reach you.


  • Static on line
    Replace handset and cord, replace mounting cord, replace phone, call service department.
  • Phone is dead
    Replace mounting cord, replace phone, call service department.
  • Can not get into VM
    Call service department.
  • Auto Attendant not picking up
    Check to see if system is in day mode, Call service department.
  • No inbound/outbound service
    Call your carrier, call service department.
