Are you ready for The LeBrons Season 2? Hopefully you answered yes, because it’s on the way, following a nearly two-year layoff. The second season of the web series — available on Xbox Video on the Xbox 360 console this time around, as well as the-lebrons.com — premieres Friday, May 10, again starring four members of the LeBrons family, each representing a part of LBJ’s personality: Kid, Athlete, Business and Wise. Each episode in the scheduled seven-week run will tout the importance of various lessons and concepts, including teamwork, community involvement, and the importance of family.Better yet, the show gets a significant tech makeover. Rather than the hand-drawn 2D of Season 1, Season 2 relies on computer-generation, three-dimensional animation. Enjoy a trailer below and check out the season premiere come Friday.Via Sam Alipour/ESPN.

Surely it’ll also be dubbed the LeBron X Low Mercurial, or LeBron X Low Mambacurial, or LeBron X Low Kingcurial . . . the possibilities are endless. But the point is, it’s insanely good looking. A deep magenta colors the Hyperfuse upper, contrasted by neon green in the Swoosh, outsole and Max Air unit, with purple complementing on the Flywire and inner-lining.Details are still a bit in limbo, but the shoe appears to be an early-September release, priced at the usual $165. (It’s just a wildly attractive colorway, not a special edition pair like the Kobe 8 Mambacurial.) We’ll of course bring you updates as they develop.Nike LeBron X LowRaspberry Red/Blueprint-Court Purple-FlashStyle #: 579765-601September 2013$165Photos courtesy of Long 7.Previous story Nike Zoom Hyperflight UNIVERSITY RED Release DateNext story Nike Air Penny 5 VOLT Release Date This FallRelated PostsWatch: DJ Qualls and his “$5000” LeBron XFebruary 26, 2014Nike LeBron X Low REPTILE Releases in Two DaysOctober 8, 2013Nike LeBron X Low REPTILE Release DateOctober 1, 2013Honey Nut Cheerios x Nike LeBron X MUST BE THE HONEYSeptember 3, 2013FacebookSearch NikeBlog.comRecent PostsNew Nike Football Cleat Types Bring Speed to Every PositionNike LeBron 12 “Akron” PE is StunningNike Free Flyknit Hot Lava | Latest Flyknit Model Finally DropsThe Statuesque Air Jordan 9 “Militia Green”Nike Air Max NM Red/Black | Hideo’s Heat Returns!Recent PostsNew Nike Football Cleat Types Bring Speed to Every PositionNike LeBron 12 “Akron” PE is StunningNike Free Flyknit Hot Lava | Latest Flyknit Model Finally DropsThe Statuesque Air Jordan 9 “Militia Green”Nike Air Max NM Red/Black | Hideo’s Heat Returns!MIssionTo provide the most up to date news, images, and opinions on today's top sneaker company.FIND ARTICLESHomeAboutAdvertise on NBContactPrivacyTwitterFacebookRSSNikeBlog.com is not affiliated with the Nike, Inc. brand in any way, shape, or form. The shoe features the same general shape, but with a slightly different flywire window, an updated lion logo on the medial-heel and an embedded air unit through the sole of the shoe, rather than the typical visible Air Max unit. And as a final touch, the shoe features translucent blue around the outside of the outsole.
