I guess Monday is video day here at NB. Check out designer Jason Petrie and LeBron James talking about the Nike Air Max LeBron VII and the creative process that led us to this. Big ups to Jason for this; This guy was once posting his stuff on NikeTalk trying to get noticed, and now he’s designing shoes for one of the most famous basketball players in the world.
Following up a big LeBron preview day (one LeBron 9 Low here, another here), here’s a great look at the Nike Air Max Ambassador 5, release date as yet unannounced. A second signature of LeBron’s — or even tertiary, considering the Soldier series — this ones features a 180° Max Air unit wrapping the heel, forefoot Zoom Air, a Hyperfuse-style molded upper, and plenty of wild color-blocking.
